How to reach Jibhi from Chandigarh

The easiest and most common way to reach jibhi from Chandigarh is to take a bus from Chandigarh according to you’re prefrence day/ overnight bus. First, you’ll need to catch a bus going towards Manali/kullu and get down. From Aut, you can hire a direct taxi to Jibhi, which is about 30 kilometers away. If you want to save money, you can also take a local bus from Aut to Banjar, and then take another bus or taxi from Banjar to Jibhi.

If you’re travelling with your own car or self-drive. The distance is about 265 to 280 kilometers from chandigarh to jibhi and it usually takes around 7 to 9 hours, it depends on the road and the traffic conditions. The drive is beautiful because you will pass through mountains and small villages/town along the way. Just make sure your car is in good condition because some parts of the road are narrow and go up and down the hills.

If you’re travelling by flight there is no direct flight to Jibhi, but you can take a flight from Chandigarh to Bhuntar Airport which is near to Kullu, a closest airport to Jibhi. Once you reach Aut, you can hire a direct taxi to Jibhi.

It’s about 30 kilometers from Aut and the drive takes around 1.5 to 2 hours through beautiful scenic veiws in mountain roads. If you’re on a budget, you can take a local bus from Aut to Banjar and then catch another bus or taxi from Banjar to Jibhi, but local buses don’t run very often, so you have to wait a bit.

If you’re coming by car or a self-drive from delhi to jibhi. It’s about 460 kilometers and usually takes 12 to 13 hours. The road is smooth till Aut, but after that it goes through hills and has some small, narrow turns, so drive slowly and be careful.
